Shervada's Medical Fund

My daughter contracted a very virulent antibiotic resistant bacteria while in the Dominican Republic and has been a patient in the ICU in Otorrino Hospital since June 7, 2015.   She is finally responding to treatment. We need funds to get her back to the U.S. for continued treatment and to pay the balance of her medical expenses in the DR, that currently exceed $20,000 U.S. dollars.  If she continues to improve she can return home on a commercial flight with physician support. Her U.S. Insurance provider, Aetna, will not pay for expenses while in the DR but they will assume financial responsibility once we are back in the US.
