Benny is my 4 year old son who is autistic. 
Since some misguided words from a well known Australian senator I've been thinking of a way to raise awareness and understanding of autism and the challenges that autistic people and their families face.
I've decided to run from Dreamworld on the Gold Coast to the senator's office in Brisbane. 
By doing this I'm hoping to get enough publicity to help  others accept autistic people's differences and to assist them in being a part of mainstream society.
Raising some funds along the way wouldn't hurt either!
