The Lopez Family’s Journey

Last night, our home caught fire unexpectedly. Thankfully, by Gods grace, everyone made it out safely — and for that, we are so grateful.

Our home we’ve lived in for 10 years is no longer livable, and many of our belongings were either destroyed by the fire or damaged by smoke and water. As we try to process everything, we’re also faced with the immediate need to find housing, replace basic essentials, and begin the journey of building back piece by piece.

I’ve never been one to ask for help — but this experience has been overwhelming so we’re calling on the power of our village for help. If you’re able to contribute, everything will go toward temporary housing, clothing, meals, and the essentials to get us back on our feet. If you’re not in a position to donate, your prayers would mean the world to us.
