Hi, my name is Jason Madison. I was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer that has spread throughout my body to my lungs and throat. I am currently looking to undergo special treatment that will potentially cure me completely. The problem is that the treatment is not covered by insurance. I am in need of help to get these treatments done. My goal is to go through four sessions of treatment. I am in need of anything that can be provided to help. All amounts are helpful.
