Dear family, friends, and caring people,

My name is Yer Vang-Rojas. I just recently lost my beloved Queen, my best friend, my mother, due to a fatal traffic collision recently on May 1, 2023. Her life was taken away in an instant and her death took a huge troll on my family and I. My family and I are all devastated by her loss and we were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give this beautiful soul the memorial she highly deserves, to honor her memory and to say our last goodbyes. My family and I are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of her funeral.

She was not only a mother, but a wonderful grandmother, sister, aunt, and a beautiful friend. She left so many people behind, especially myself and my mentally disabled Deaf sister whom my mom looks after. Her heart is made of pure gold, because she was always giving, always loving and expect nothing in return. She loves gardening, cooking, and the most of all, cook for other strangers that became friends with her. She loves to get up early in the morning to feed her chickens and water her garden. She always make her famous food and call her grandchildren over to eat. Whenever I come visit her from Los Angeles, she always make my favorite home cooked meals. Her face lights up whenever someone comes visit her, especially her grown children and grandchildren, and great grand children. She is the most loving and hardworking, independent person we know, always doing her thang and never rest. She always think of others but herself. She always greet with everyone she meets in her community. Everyone knew her, you can spot her walking to the community park to pick up free donation food. If you ask her to make your favorite dish, she would! She gives horrible directions if you ask her, you'd get lost in circles. I will definitely miss her sense of humor! Our hearts ache in sadness, we are still numb by her passing but we know she's in better place rejoicing with her son in Heaven! She is greatly loved and truly missed. It's so hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember.

So please take the time off from your busy schedule and visit your parents more often because we're not promised tomorrow and things can happen so unexpectedly, just like my momma.
