Open heart surgery for Cruz Quinones

Our father was deported a couple years ago. I’m not one to talk about my problems on social media but in this case I am. He had a heart attack on February 11 that causes a rupture in a valve in his heart causing Congestive heart failure which means his lungs are filling up with fluid from this. Today I talked to his doctors and they will not preform open heart surgery if we don’t give the money up front.  A surgery that will literally save his life, can not be done because in Mexico they don’t give health care with out payment first. It saddens me that my father can not get the care he needs because of the health care system in Mexico. So I am asking for any help anything will make a difference. Today for me and maybe tomorrow for you.
