I had the good fortune of meeting Berly 16 years ago. This gentle soul has helped my family and me in countless ways over the years. Now he needs my help.

Berly never saw his children grow up. 30 years ago he made the incredibly difficult decision to feed his children instead of watching them grow. He has never enjoyed the love and warmth of his family. The opportunities for employment in his hometown were so few he had to seek work overseas. Last month Berly collapsed and was rushed to A&E. At the age of 65, he was diagnosed with kidney failure and currently needs dialysis twice a week to survive. This costs USD$640 per session.  He needs up-to-date travel documents to fly home to more affordable care but these take time and money. Two of his daughters are nurses back home and dialysis is infinitely cheaper. Once he gets home he has a chance at life.

Your donations will help give him that chance. Berly gave up so much for his family 30 years ago. Now his family wants to show him how thankful they are but need to get their father home first.
