Prayers for Parker

Hello everyone, my name is Parker!
I am a 1 and a half year old Shiloh Shepherd and a service dog to my master, Stephanie Jallen. My Stephanie is disabled and needs help in school so I carry all of her books, pick her up when she falls down, and make her feel safe.
I love my job, but I love tennis balls even more. Last Thursday my Stephanie threw my ball for me, and I bounded with great joy to get to it as fast as I could. But something happened..... and now, I need your help.
As Parker ran at remarkable speed, my worst nightmare flashed before me. A metal cable wire from one of his runs was laying on the ground, directly in the path of his airborn ball, and it caught him. It wrapped around his hind left leg and tore straight down to the bone all the way around. The stainless steal cable, nearly a quarter inch thick, snapped with the force of his weight and power. The cable had completely severed his Achilles tendon and two major arteries. The amazing doctors at Northeast Veterinary Referral Hospital are working to save his foot and sew together his tendon.
Now, it's a waiting game. Parker is in a cast that needs to be changed daily to prevent infection and is on oral pain killers and antibiotics. Every day he is getting stronger. He hops around on one leg, quite a lot like me!
In 6-8 weeks, his cast can come off and he will need to start therapy to regain lost muscle. Parker is an incredible animal with a personality that will melt your heart. I know he will make it through this and I am willing to do whatever I can to help him. But I am stuck. The costs for just the last 4 days is $4,500, and it will climb when he goes to therapy. I am a full time student at King's College and take care of all of my own financial needs, but this was unexpected.
From the bottom of both of our hearts, we greatly thank everyone for their prayers and any support you can give us.
