Hi Everyone,

By now, you've probably heard about our friend, David's bout with strep.  Unfortunately, Dave contracted a strep infection in the space between his lung, and the lung lining.  This caused a build up of fluid in his chest, resulting in a collapsed lung.  The surgery to remove the infection is called a thoracotomy and is one of the most painful surgeries one can experience (google it....YIKES!).

During the surgery, the surgeon must break a rib to access the area of infection.  This, paired with the severe effects of the infection itself, will make for a long recovery process for our friend.

This is where WE come in....those of us who love Dave, and want to help...David will be out of work for at least a couple months, and unfortunately, we can't push the pause button on bills such as hospital, insurance, car, rent etc.  Those keep coming.  If you would please consider helping David during this critical time, it would be so appreciated!  A donation of any amount would help get him through.  I've known David for several years and I feel confident that if the tables were turned, he'd do the same for any of his friends.   :)
