Anything Helps

Hi, my name is Harley. For any of you who don’t know my story, I lost both my parents a few years ago when I was 17 years old. During this time not only was I struggling coping with this, but I was also struggling with navigating my way through life and getting myself back on my feet. I had to provide myself a place to stay, transportation, college, and everyday necessities for livelihood. I never really asked for help during this time and always tried to figure out everything on my own. It was a struggle filled with both highs and lows, but God has always provided a way. I feel sometimes I have avoided asking for help out of fear that it admits failure or fear that it will burden others, but the truth is that God created us with a need for help. Asking for help isn’t admitting failure, but recognizing the way God made us. Just recently I lost my car that I had been using in order to commute to work and my college campus. I’ve been having to rely on asking friends for rides and Uber’s. As you can imagine this has become very costly and i’ve been very short of money and opportunities to stride. I’ve had to work less hours and drop some of my class courses because I haven’t been able to always get to work or school. I am asking for help to raise money in order to get a vehicle so that I can finish schooling to become a nurse and to work so I can financially provide for myself. Despite everything I’ve gone through, my goal is to become a Nurse and then a Nurse Practitioner. Any money donated will be going strictly towards a vehicle for transportation, and any type of donation is greatly appreciated as I work towards this goal. I’ve been walking by faith, knowing that God will provide. So if you feel led to share, help, or donate in anyway, it would help bless my situation tremendously. God bless
