Our beloved and charismatic Debi Smith passed away on Tuesday August 4th, after an impressive (and characteristically stubborn) fight against many chronic conditions, including heart failure.

While she left behind few financial assets, the true test of her wealth is the vast number of people she loved, and who loved her in return. When doctors said she had an enlarged heart, they had no idea how enormous it truly was. All she ever wanted to do was to love and protect the people she cared about.

We have created this page as a way to assist her family in fulfilling her last wishes – so that we can take care of her as she had wanted, one last time. We appreciate your contributions, whether big or small. We know that they are sent with love for Debi – a woman who was truly one-of-a-kind!
