My son, Ryan, is a passionate dive instructor who has dedicated his life to sharing his love for the underwater world with others. He worked at Lahaina Divers on the beautiful island of Maui, sharing his expertise and enthusiasm with hundreds of divers.

On August 11th, tragedy struck when wildfires swept through the area, engulfing his apartment and the dive shop where he worked. In a matter of minutes, Ryan lost everything – his dive gear, essential to his livelihood, along with all his clothes, books, and personal belongings.

Ryan is now facing the daunting task of rebuilding his life from scratch. He needs to replace his dive gear, which is crucial for him to continue working and supporting himself. He also needs to purchase essential clothing, bedding, and other necessities to start over.

As a parent, it is heartbreaking to see my son facing such hardship. He has always been a hardworking and determined individual, and I know he will overcome this challenge. However, he needs our support to get back on his feet.
