Daddy's Little Angels

Hello everyone,

We are Dakota and Farrah Blackburn, who attend Wings of a Dove Christian Academy. Our hobbies are dancing and gymnastics. We really enjoy both.

Tragically, our Daddy passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022. We are heartbroken over our Daddy's loss of life and will only have his tender memories. Unfortunately, he will not get a chance to see us perform at our dance recitals or gymnastics meets. Daddy would always help us with our homework. He taught us that education is a priority. Sadly, we will miss his smile, him telling us funny jokes, playing dolls with us and tossing us in the pool when summertime comes. He brought us unmeasurable joy. Daddy taught us to serve others through teaching, being kind and coordinating special events. When we grow up, we want to make him proud. Unfortunately, our Daddy will miss these great moments and milestones such as the next daddy / daughter dance, middle school and high school graduations, us graduating from college, walking us down the aisle at our wedding and being there for us when we have our own children.

Life gives us great pleasures as well as great pain. We want to hold onto to the pleasures and turn this pain into something magical by honoring one of our Daddy's wish to graduate from college.
