To all our friends and family,
As you are well aware we are all experiencing a very difficult time. As a result of this hideous virus the riding school has been forced to close. We of course are still caring for the horse’s needs, and, as we are all aware they are very expensive to keep. We currently have 36 horses and ponies and currently no income coming in, this is extremely tough on us all.
We would like to offer our lovely supporters a chance to sponsor their favourite horse or pony in return we would send you regular photographs and updates of your four legged friends.
For example £30.00 per week will cover the cost of the hay for a pony for that week. Your kind sponsorship has no limit to the number of week(s) or ponies/horses, which you wish to sponsor.
We know that some ponies and horses have a very large fan club so they may of course have more than one sponsor.
Alternatively, some of you maybe able to make a one off payment to help us care for the horses and this of course would be greatly appreciated. Any amount that you send is truly welcome and we thank you in advance for your generosity.
Listed below are some of the expenses that we are now incurring
£10.00 will pay for a weeks biscuits for staff (essential!)
£10.00 will purchase a sack of feed
£12.00 will purchase two bales of hay
£25.00 will pay for medication for an older pony
£30.00 will pay for a horse/pony to have their hooves trimmed
£75.00 will pay for a set of shoes (for 6 weeks)
£105.00 is for a set of expensive shoes for two of our lovely mares can you think of who they are?
