Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I'm reaching out on behalf of Phay, a valued member of our team, and her family during an incredibly difficult time. Phay has been an integral part of our team and always wears a smile when she gets to work.

Unfortunately, Phays husband has faced a series of health challenges that have impacted not only his ability to work but also his family's well-being. Multiple car accidents have left him with significant injuries, including a metal plate in his eye bone, torn Achilles and bicep tendons, and ongoing health issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

Despite these setbacks, he has always shown remarkable resilience and perseverance. His craftsmanship as a handyman is unparalleled, as evidenced by his recent solo project building a shed and laying pavers. However, his health took a terrifying turn when he blacked out while driving, with no memory of the incident, leading doctors to suspect a stroke.

As Phays employer, it pains me to see her and her family facing such hardship. Their home was lost due to a mix-up with online payments, adding to the stress and uncertainty they already face. With two teenage children, Tailia and Tirin, they are doing everything they can to make ends meet, with the kids actively seeking employment to support the family.

We're rallying together as a community to support Phay and her family during this challenging time. Your generosity can make a real difference in helping them cover medical expenses, rent, and other essential bills as they navigate this difficult journey.
