“Support for Noel – A Mate in Need”

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out today to ask for your support for someone who truly deserves a helping hand — our friend and colleague, Noel.

Noel is a dedicated member of the team at Macmahon, someone known for his hard work, his kindness, and his quiet strength. Recently, Noel received the devastating news that he has cancer, and is now undergoing treatment here in Australia.

As many of you know, cancer doesn’t just take a toll on your health — it turns life upside down in every way. Noel has had to take an extended period of unpaid leave to focus on his treatment and recovery. To make things even more challenging, he has only recently purchased a home — a dream he’s worked incredibly hard to achieve.

While Noel is here fighting through treatment, his family remains in the Philippines, adding another layer of emotional and financial stress. Being separated from loved ones during such a difficult time is heartbreaking.

Noel has always shown up for others, whether on the job or as a friend — now it’s our turn to show up for him.
