Hi, I’m Matthew’s aunt Sidnie. I wanted to help out Matthew and his family by starting this fundraiser.

Matthew was diagnosed with NK/T cell Lymphoma. Some of you have been following Matthew’s health journey since he was born, so as you may know he’s had many health complications like Kidney disease with 2 kidney transplants, Gastrointestinal disease, Heart Disease, and now Cancer. Matthew’s team of doctors at the IWK told his parents that they never seen this type of Cancer before. IWK is consulting with Oncologists across Canada and in Boston. Even with Matthews extensive medical history and the unknown territory with this type of cancer, we know that he will be followed closely and that he is in the best of hands.

Matthew’s parents are taking time off from their jobs to support him while undergoing Chemo and other treatments. Matthew has a twin brother Ben and a little sister Lily at home as well.

To take some of the financial stress off of Matthew’s parents so they can just focus on taking care of Matthew, I ask you to spare what you can to help them out. Even just a share would be helpful. Let’s help fight Matthew’s fight.
