It pains me to start this GoFundMe, but I am reaching out on behalf of my brother, James Rhone. My name is Kisa. James was a basketball player at Cape Fear High School back in the 80's. He was very well known for breaking many high school records back then. He wore the #42 because he idolized Kareem Abdul Jabbar from the Los Angeles Lakers.
