I am looking for some financial help for legal representation in a case pending against my bar. The Outpost Saloon in Waterford California. The Alcohol beverage control (ABC) Entered my business on 7/9/2020, and shut me down for being open against the governors order. I refused a plead bargain for 3 years probation and requested a hearing. I have never had a violations in the 16 years that I have been open, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I have now received notice that they are wanting to revoke or suspend my license. This would be a financial diaster for me. I need legal help and representation, and since I have been shut down most of the year, and still paying all my overhead, I am draining my reserves. I am reaching out to this group to seek some financial help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
