MY STORY! 
Hey Everyone, Im Richard Tomas.....most of you know me from Facebook and have probably seen one of my Facebook Lives chatting about politics, faith or anything topic.  Only those who know me personally or have seen me perform on stages - know that I am a singer / songwriter. I have served in church ministries singing and serving as Worship Leader for 20 years.  Music and singing are definitely my passion! 

HEALTH ISSUES
My family and close friends only know that I have suffered for 14 years with severe digestive problems due to a faulty stomach valve. These health issues have contributed to problems with my vocal cords and esophagus erosion causing me to prematurely retire from singing and even speaking publicly. It has been a huge burden to carry both mentally and financially. After years of trying therapies, eating super healthy and praying on the matter until I cant pray anymore ....the Answer has arrived.

MY HEALTH SOLUTION
With the new surgical technology out there, an AMAZING Surgeon in the Atlanta area has agreed to due a minor surgery that will repair the valve and create a more permanent solution, allowing my body to full heal and my voice to recover. It has been a prayer of mine to be completely healed and I believe this is the answer God gave.

 

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Like most of you out there I have struggled paying the medical insurance premiums needed to maintain any good PPO policy. Last year I found out that my PPO plan refused to cover the surgery and wouldn't even cover all of the testing I had done which stuck me with a 16k Medical Bill. So I am heading into this surgery without the proper insurance to even cover it. The surgeon is treating me as a "cash patient".
Even though God has blessed me this year with finances for it, I am a few thousand short to cover the full cost. 

My surgery is scheduled at the end of July. I am now reaching out to all of my friends and people that watch me regularly on social media to for HELP  with this last obstacle to my health crisis. Any donation would be helpful. May God truly bless you for giving.
