Callen McKenzie's Medical Fund

A lot of you may know my dad Callen McKenzie, he's pretty known in our small little town. If you know him, you know how stubborn he is. Unfortunately, one thing you may not  know is my dad has been sick for a few months and we had no idea what was going on. Because of his stubbornness, it took him a while to go to the doctor. He felt drained of energy and tired all the time. He thought it was because he was a bit over weight so he started dieting. After losing the weight he wanted he felt even worse. He felt he wasn't getting the nutrition from his food and he was still losing weight even after he quit dieting. He got real sick for two weeks and was bed ridden til he finally went to the doctor. Next thing we know he was getting a blood transfusion because he was at a level 5 when he needed to be at a level 12. He had lost more then half his blood from interal bleeding. Doc did a colonoscopy. Unfortunately, things only got worse. Doc found cancer. After a cat scan, surgery and 5 days in the hospital my dad is back on his feet but he's not working. We honestly haven't seen the bills, we are just expecting it to be outrageous because he doesn't have health insurance. As of right now we don't think he will have to go thru chemo but we are still waiting for the test results. He does not know us kids are putting together this GoFundMe account, he has a little too much pride to ask for help. We are wanting to surprise him hopefully for Father's Day. So please, anything will help <3
