Austin’s Cancer Fund

Austin Acree also known as the pro wrestler Garrote was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma on February 1st after an exploratory abdominal surgery found two large tumors in his small intestines. These were removed successfully, but weekly immunotherapy is required to help kill the rest of the cancer and possibly chemotherapy if the cancer spreads. This fund is set up to help offset some of the medical costs associated with treatment. Also, a charity pro wrestling event “Fight for Austin” will be held May 18th at the Blue Grass Community Center in Blue Grass, Iowa with proceeds going to Austin’s medical costs.
