Dirk’s Nerve Stimulator Surgery

Hi, my name is Pam Flores. I’m raising funds to meet the deductible for Dirk’s nerve stimulator surgery! I have known this man over a decade and he’s always been in severe back pain!! This surgery will allow him to be 90% PAIN FREE! He’s tried everything, has had 3 back surgeries with little improvement.

The total out-of-pocket cost just for the surgery is over $6,600. This doesn’t include anesthesia, lab or X-rays.
