To those who may not know me, my name is Jennifer Breton and I have created this gofundme on behalf of my brother John Williams.
Sadly, this week my brother John, known to many close to him as Jay, lost his father John in a battle with COPD, a chronic lung disease. Although this man was not my father, I had known him my entire life and he was the father of my brother, who growing up was my biggest hero. I am deeply saddended that my brother has lost a parent at such a young age and that my niece and nephew have lost a grandparent. I am happy to know that John was surrounded by his son and grandchildren right up until his last moments on earth. I am sure this meant everything to him.
It is of utter importance to my brother that we have a memorial service done the way that John would have wanted it. My brother has been left with the burden and expense of all that death brings. We would like to plan a service where family and friends can gather together for John and honor his memory. At this time we are in the beginning stages of planning. I would personally like to ask any family and friends of my brother, John, or I who can help out to make a donation to help my brother plan John's service. Anything helps and we are so thankful that you have taken the time to read this. I know that your generosity will mean so much to my brother. Thank you.
