Help Scarlett’s Journey to Recovery
On May 31st, during her gymnastics class, Scarlett collapsed and suffered a severe brain bleed caused by an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) in her brain.
After two life-saving surgeries at King’s College Hospital and a crucial operation on August 8th to remove the AVM, Scarlett has shown incredible strength. She is talking, eating, and slowly regaining movement on her left side.
Scarlett spent nine weeks in intensive rehabilitation at King’s College Hospital, making remarkable progress. Now back home, she faces a gap in local support.
To continue her recovery, we have made the difficult decision to seek private care at a specialized clinic hours away, which comes with significant costs.
Your generous donations are to help Scarlett access the ongoing rehabilitation she needs to regain her independence and quality of life.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, support, and love during this challenging time.
