In loving memory of our friend Hannah Martin

Hi my name is Sarah and I am setting up this fundraiser in memory of my friend Hannah. Hannah passed away suddenly last week (02/04/25) Leaving her partner Lee and her 2 sons Jack and Harry devastated along with all of her family and friends. I would like to be able to help the family by taking some pressure off them financially at this extremely difficult time.

Hannah will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her Lee and the boys, she was a loving mother, partner and friend who would help anyone out if she could. No donation is too small I would just like to be able to help in any way I can.
