Getting Married

My name is Saadiq. My Husband and I met a year and a half ago. We’ve been engaged for 6 months and officially married October 26th 2021. Mohsen graduated from IIT this past May. He is here in the states on student visa from Iran. He has his Masters in Architecture and currently looking for work. We moved to California from Chicago, and it’s been challenging. Unfortunately he’s been unable to find work in his field to remain in the states via employment. We’re currently trying to file our marriage through immigration, but we’ve run into an issue affording the lawyer fees for the processing. He has less than a month to find work, or go through with the marriage. Or he’ll be be forced to leave the states. We’re hoping to raise money to pay for the lawyer fees in time. So that way we can get married, and he can remain here in the states. Continuing the life we’ve started with our three adorable kittens. Anything you can donate would be amazing.
