Help Jake and his family

I am asking my friends and associates to help out Jake and his family while he rehabilitates from a bad motorcycle accident. He is a coworker that has a great work ethic and he loves his family. He was riding down a highway when a dog ran in front of him and he could not avoid hitting it. He was found on the road and had to be sent to UC hospital by Lifeline. He has multiple fractures and will be in rehabilitation for a while. During his recovery he will be without a substantial amount of pay. My wife and I are donating to help out during this very difficult time for Jake and his family and I am asking that you consider what you can do to help out as well.
