Help us get Emma back!

My name is Nicole. For years, I’ve been fighting to bring my daughter Emma back home where she belongs. I left a bad situation to protect myself and my kids, but my ex has continued to drag me through court with false reports and endless filings — all to keep Emma from me.

Through it all, I’ve worked hard to rebuild. I bought a home in a new state, created stability, and built a safe and loving environment for Emma and my two boys. Emma is autistic and requires extra care, and I’ve dedicated my career to working with children like her — I know how to give her what she needs to thrive.

Recently, I was granted temporary custody, but Emma is still being withheld from me. My ex, despite his history of alcoholism, unemployment, and legal trouble, has the resources of yet another powerful attorney thanks to his family. I am now at a point where I need strong legal representation here in my state to finally reunite Emma with me and her brothers permanently.

Unfortunately, legal fees are overwhelming — and on top of that, I’ve been hit with major car repair costs. As a single mom, every unexpected expense pulls from the resources I desperately need to fight for Emma.
