Dylans Recovery Fund

Dylan is our thirteen year old son. Dylan attempted to take his own life the night of February 9th. We found him unresponsive in his closet. We quickly freed him but he was pale white and unresponsive. Thankfully after we performed CPR. Bethlehem first responders arrived and took him to St Luke's. At St. Lukes we learned Dylan's heart was beating but otherwise was unresponsive. Dylan had to be moved to Lehigh Valley Reilly Childrens hospital on Cedar Crest for further observation.
Now, Dylan is awake with consequences he never considered. Dylan does not move or speak
We have over $5000 in deductibles. We will require a wheelchair accessible vehicle and modifications to our home to get Dylan back. We want to know what made Dylan think his life was not worth living, we may never get the answers we need. Our employers at Abarta Coca-Cola in reading and Wal-mart of Easton have been extremely supportive by making sure when this disaster has lessened we will have our jobs to come back to.
