The Lovelady Family

Scotty suffered a heart attack Sunday, January 15th. He spent several days is in ICU at Russell Medical and had a heart cath done. We found out that he had a 100% blockage in the main artery in the front of his heart, and 80% blocked in the back artery. Open heart surgery was scheduled at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham and performed on January 30th. The surgery went well and he began recovery with his wife, Jessica, at his side. Recovery was initially planned as a four day stay but unfortunately has not been as smooth as hoped, but we all know Scotty well enough to know that there is nothing he can’t do if he puts his mind to it. Scotty, Jessica and their kids had so many people who love them and have checked in on them and want to help out in anyway they possibly can.
