Hello, my name is Sammie, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible mom, Sandra. Recently, we received devastating news — her endometrial cancer has returned.

If you know my mom, you know she is one of the kindest, strongest, and hardest-working people you’ll ever meet. She’s faced more than her share of challenges and always pushed through with faith and perseverance.

In 2017, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent surgery and radiation, and thankfully made a full recovery. Last November, she was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and had a total hysterectomy. We hoped that would be the end of it. Unfortunately, just a few weeks ago, after some unexplained bleeding, doctors found a new mass. We’ve now learned the cancer has returned and spread to her lymph nodes.

She will soon begin six rounds of an aggressive chemotherapy, followed by immunotherapy. This diagnosis is not only physically and emotionally overwhelming, but also financially devastating.

I’ve created this GoFundMe to help ease some of the burden. Donations will go toward medical bills and living expenses while my mom fights this battle. Any amount — big or small — will make a difference. If you’re unable to donate, we would be so grateful if you could share this with others.

My mom has endured and overcome so much, including the heartbreaking loss of her son in 2021. She does not deserve this, yet she continues to show incredible strength, grace, and unwavering faith.
