Hello, my name is Tommy Cooksey, and my wife Courtney and I left Oklahoma City 4 months ago seeking treatment, which we found in Rogers, Arkansas, and have certificates of completion.

With that being said, since treatment, I have a job and live in a motel because we have no money to get a car or a home, and the motel is eating up the money that I do make, so we can't even save any money to remedy the situation. Not to mention that I've had multiple strokes and have missed the follow-up appointments due to no transportation.

Now, I'm not asking for a handout, only a hand up so we can make doctor's appointments and stop having to spend every dollar I make to stay in a motel.
