Hillary's Mission Trip to Serbia!

Hi sweet friends!
I will be traveling to Serbia this August 10-20 with a small team of other young adults from Rolling Hills Community Church!
This will be my first mission trip and I am very much looking forward to how God uses me during our time there. Rolling Hills has a long-standing relationship with the church in Serbia. We have been partnering with them for over a decade. On average, Rolling Hills will send around four teams there throughout the year. From working with the pastors on unifying their mission to building a playground for the children, each team has a different focus or objective—while keeping in mind the main purpose of sharing the love of Jesus.
Here is some information about Serbia and where I will be heading:
-Serbia is a country in Eastern Europe with a population of about 7.5 million people.
-Leskovac (where we will be the first couple of nights) is the 5th largest city there.
-Soko Banja (where we will be for the remaining time) is a smaller city in Eastern Serbia.
-The official language is Serbian, however most people know and speak English fluently.
The main objective of our trip is to connect relationally with other Serb and Roma young adults. Some are believers and some are not. We will be sharing the Story of God from start to finish with them, spending time with and getting to know them, and best of all—simply loving on them and sharing our life stories!
To be honest, this trip will be a big stretch for me. I like being in my comfort zone—plain and simple. I am expecting God to grow me tremendously in this area. I have a heart for loving others, learning their stories, and building relationships and I feel God can definitely use that on this trip. I’m anxious about all the little details and the unexpected, but know that God will work everything together and I will have little to be anxious about.
Will you please consider sharing this opportunity with me either through prayer or assisting financially? The cost of the trip is $2,400. Each team member is responsible for raising 100% of their financial and prayer support. The financial aspect is essential to my going on the trip, but of equal or greater importance is your commitment to pray!
