On Tuesday morning, Emily was told the absolutely devastating news that her father had passed away in his sleep the night before. Her and her family are completely and utterly shocked and heartbroken. They had just gone on a trip to go to a family wedding the week before and then this happens when they return, to say it was unexpected is an absolute understatement. There are no words for the loss they are experiencing. Emily is such a sweet and pure soul and she has a lot of responsibilities on her shoulders now being that she is her dads only biological kid and she has to carry the weight of everything that goes with losing a loved one. Emily has a wonderful step mom, Michelle, who acts as if Emily is one of her own kids but it is still so hard for Emily. We wanted to create this so we can help a beloved coworker and friend who has had a tragedy happen to them. The last thing we want them to worry about is funeral expenses.
