For my birthday, I noticed the charity options, but instead, I would like to ask for help for a family close to me. They are getting ready to get evicted and it will cost them $2300. The mom lost her job, and there is an 80-year-old grandma that was living in a car with them before they got this place. I help them with food and things for the kids often, but this one is a bit more than I can handle alone. This is a young lady with three kids, her mom, and her grandmother and no resources or real support. So I'm asking for $3,500 to at least pay the rent and get them food and things for the holidays. I'm sure some of you may think this is a temporary solution, but I just don't want to see them living in a car again. I cannot imagine my daughter and grandchildren or my grandmother and mom living in a car or in and out of nasty motels. So help where you can. I feel like if you guys would share this and even if people donated just $5, enough $5 donations would go a long way. I just can't bear to see them homeless again, and I'm not afraid to ask for help. If you can find it in your heart to spare $1 or $5... anything would be appreciated because they have nothing. ❤️
