I used to be this happy....

As the picture shows, I used to be a happy, go-lucky, fun-loving girl. Not only was I in love with God, my family and friends, but I was in love with life. I enjoyed everything from sports and hiking to reading, watching movies, and just living life in the present.
When I went off to college in 2008, I was still that girl. However, with each year that went by and each stressful event that cropped up in my life, that happy girl began to fade. In 2011, I began to have some real medical complications. I developed a dangerous heart arrhythmia, and struggled with a lot of stomach and intestinal issues. In January 2012, I had lost enough weight to stop having a period. By December 2012, I had completed 3 semesters of nursing school but was forced to withdraw for medical reasons. It was then that I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. I had been hospitalized numerous times for severe dehydration and malnutrition, and eventually got to the point where I could not even get out of bed. I was forced to withdraw from school and enter into inpatient treatment for my eating disorder for the first time in January 2013. Since then, I have spent a total of 11 months in inpatient treatment, as well as years of intensive outpatient treatment.
I was able to get well enough to return to school in August 2014 to finish out the nursing program. I graduated nursing school at GCSU on December 13, 2014 and began working as a registered nurse on January 5, 2015. What a monumental day that was! However, it has been all downhill from there.
I have now reached a point where I am unable to function in everyday life--I have resigned from my job as an RN and had to move back in with my parents. At this time, I do not have insurance coverage to get the treatment that I so desperately need.
Please consider donating to my own medical fund. All donations will go towards allowing me to re-enter into treatment for my anorexia yet again. Thus far, I have had to enter inpatient treatment four different times, in addition to numerous days spent in intensive outpatient programs. I already have a massive amount of medical bills to repay for those visits.
Please help me get the treatment that I need so that I may have a chance of returning to a normal life free of my anorexia.
