As some of you may know, earlier this year my sister, Krista, was diagnosed with leukemia. Recently my niece Alysa (Krista’s daughter) shared that without stronger chemotherapy Krista was given only days to weeks to live.
That really made me pause and think. While many of us are happy and jolly attending holiday dinners and get-togethers with family and friends, Krista and her family can’t experience that same joy this Christmas.
Along with the emotional toll, there is also a heavy financial burden. With the new year approaching, Krista’s $7,000 insurance deductible will reset, and I’m hoping we can come together to help cover that and more.
I know this season can be financially stressful, but any amount truly makes a difference.
We are praying that the 5% chance this treatment works will be in Krista’s favor because with Jesus, all things are possible.
Please consider supporting Krista financially and keeping her lifted in prayer so that she’s able to get her bone marrow transplant and get on the road to healing and recovery. ❤️
