My name is Beverly Shaw.

my husband of 45 years was recovering from a stroke when our son lied and tricked us into a fraudulant guardianship for proffit, so he could take over our lives and finances, and steal everything we worked hard for all our lives.

he forced his dad my beloved David into a horrific state funded nursing home where David is being drugged, isolated , abused and neglected.

Sadly this is all to common for family members to do this, so they can proffit from these fraudulant guardianships.

The worst part is many of these victims have already died from being overly drugged, neglected and abused and isolated at these state funded faciluties they call nursing homes.

I am fighting diligently to get my beloved husband home where I can give him the loveing one on one care he desperatly needs and deserves.

But I need to raise 10,000.00 for another attorney to now take this to federal court, because federal laws and our constitutional rights are being broken in these cases.

but 1st you have to go through the state courts, but the state supports having people in nursing homes because they too proffit from this.

Then you can take it federal.

he is not strapped into the wheel chair he is wareing a gate belt , since he was getting out of his wheelchair walking more and more, its a belt you can easily grab if he looses his balance.

soaked all day in a wet and dirty diaper at COMMUNITY MANNOR nursing home in Farmington Missouri.

a bloody diaper that went unreported at COMMUNITY MANNOR NURSING HOME IN FARMINGTON MISSOURI.

notice all the dark blood up front where he pees.

Turned out to be a very severe UTI.

if I had not seen the aid throw this in the wast basket and taken it out, and taken picture for evidence, and I reported it to the nurse, it would have turned into sepcis. This nursing home has a high death rate.

I fillmed my husband in lethargic state at COMMUNITY MANNOR NURSING HOME IN FARMINGTON MISSOURI. from the drugs the are giving him.

i had previously told them to stop giving him theese drugs.

his home doctor had ordered for him NEVER to get Haldol, Buspar or activin , OR ANY NARCOTICS. YET THEY KEEP GIVING THEM TO HIM.

They say oh they are not worried he gets that way a lot but comes out of it I. time.

anytime he goes lethargic there is a high risk he won't come back out of it. and they don't care.

all the nursing home did is throw me out for filming the evidance.

the letters are references from people that have known us 30 to 40 years stating the excellent care I've always given him.

I live for him and he lives for me.
