Hi my name is Beverly Shaw. Me and my husband David Shaw have been married 44 years.

My brloved David had a stroke November 25 th last year.

After a long stay at, first the hospital, then a good nursing home for rehab, Finally had him home in April

I have been taking excellent care of him , doing physical and ocupational therapy with him on a daily baises, giving him daily baths, keeping good records of all his meds, making and

Taking him to regular doctor apointments, I took him to town every day, and then we would talk about what we saw, who we talked to, and about what was said, etc. As a means of mind and memory excersice.

He had regained good physical and mental health, and we were back to resuming a happy life.

He wanted to go on a vacation , after being cooped up for so long.

We went and visited his home town of Shelbyville indiana.

During our visit,In the extreem August summer heat he got dehydrated, so i took him to the local hospitaI for IV fluids.

And that is where our nightmare statred.

The hospital did not clean the area when giving the IV, so he got a severe infection, then they gave him drugs, that i had told them he is allergic to.

They are the most irresponsible and negligent, incompeble hospital i have ever seen.

I threatened to sue them. They in turn called a judge they knew, and lied saying i am refusing medical care for my husband, and with out my knowledge, or chance to defend myself . The judge knew that was a lie, he is a board member of the state guardianship program and condems the elderly to this program , if the hospital get threatened with a law suit, all the time.

they went and took ALL my rights away and placed a guardian,(really just a figure head for the hospital,) and forced him into a horible nursing hom which the HOSPITAL OWNES ....

and they druged him up on several anti phycottic drugs ⁸One of theese drugs is haldal , a anti sicotic that is NOT to be used in elderly dementia or stroke victims, because it has a high risk of death and pemanent brain damage.

And they have him on this , stricktly to sedate him, so he cant object.

Its considered a hospics drug.

Its tearing my heart out, and i cry in distress every day ...

They keep him in a wheelchair and wont let him go to the bathroom.

I saw his derier bleeding from diaper rash, and found him sitting at the breakfadt table soaked from his chest to his knees in urine , while his bed is also soaked in urine. He had to sleep in the filth and stink.

They are in a class action law suit, and just changed their company name, last month,

and they get a clean slate by just changing their name.

We are the 3rd peope they have done this to just this year.

PLEASE HELP...

i went to NY to get help from the media and got into the NY TIMES, WCBS RADIO, CHANEL 12 WESTCHESTER NEWS, and raised 36,000 !and i hired a lawyer and fought for almost a year ..

But in the corrupt system where the judge is a board member, trying his own cases, I had no chance of success .

my only hope was to get him back home to our state of residence missouri.

i was told the only way i cand do this was by giving our son guardianship.

we did not trust him either, but thought we'd have a fighting chance in missouri.

Our son said he would take him to a nursing home in missouri and told us he would get him home after some rehab at the nursing home.

I was so proud of him for stepping up.

BUT

I learned he had been approached by indiana at the beginning when they were planing this medical kidnap.

They investigate the family looking for the weakest link , anyone in the family with a ax to grind whom they can get on their side for support.

AND Our Son thinks it was me that reported him for child abuse after i had to return a call to CPS , AFTER THEY REPEADETLY CALLED ME AFTER A TEACHER OF ONE OF HIS DAUGHTERS HAD CALLED CPS AND REPORTED SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE. So when Indiana offered to transfer guardianship to our son, I thought it would be a quick temporary solution to get us out from under the corrupt judge and corupt system, and back to our state of residence. But they made the offer because they had him in their pocket and they knew he'd be all to happy to continue the tyrany

for revenge.

Our son, now the guardian lied and fudged it when he brought him to Missouri he never did the transfer leagaly.

He had 30 days to make the transfer leagal which he never did he just lied and fudged it .

i hired another attorney in st louis missouri who uncoverd this and spoke with the indiana circut court clerk who told him the case in Indiana was closed thet jeremiah had 30 days to file for missouri guardianship and if he did not do this , the case is dismissed.

He told me to take a police officer to the nursing home and demand to see missouri paper work and if they don't have it, to take my husband home.

They did not have any missouri paperwork so i took him home, but first to a real doctor to make sure he did not need any meds after being on them a year and a half, didn't want him going into withdral.

the docter made a apointment for the next day and said hed be fine till then.

The next day I took him for his appointment, now over 24 hours without their drugs, his mind was clear, he was articulate, aware, answered all the questions right , clearly stated he was home with his wife of at that point 44 years where he wants to be. THIS IS NOW ON THE DOCTORS WRITTEN RECORDS WHICH I HAVE, PROVEING THEY WRRE DRUG INDUCING THE DEMENTIA THEY CLAIMD HE HAD. THE WRITTEN RECORDS I HAVE ALSO STATE HE CAN TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF WITH MINIMAL HELP.

But our son ran back to the corrupt judge , who in desperation to get him back and drug him back up before his mind cleared and it would be uncovered that he was covering up for the hospital , that they were drug inducing his dimentia, to keep him from speaking his mind and have the ability to sue for the abuse and tyrany he was made to suffer, the judge QUICKLY REOPENED THE CASE, GAVE OUR SON HIS POWER BACK AND HAD OURSON NOW FILE FOR A TRANSFER OF FOREIGN GUARDIANSHIP LEAVING INDIANA HOLDING THE GUARDIANSHIP AND HAD MY HUSBAND RECAPTURED AND FORCED BACK INTO THE HORIFIC DEATH CAMP NURSING HOME.

ONLY THE NURSING HOME IS LIEING AND SAYING HE IS NOT THERE AND WONT SAY WHERE HE IS, THEY WONT LET ME SEE OR TALK TO HIM FORV10 MONTHS NOW, SINCE AUGUST 11TH WHEN THEY KIDNAPPED HIM FROM ME.

I haven't seen or talked to the love of my life in 10 months now ,my heart is in agony.

afraid for my husband David, and aceing to hold him and talk to him.

this is sooooooo wrong.

I have spoken with our attorney general, our senetor Hawley, every government agency , e mailed, and snail mailed and gone to Washington to talk to the federal attorney general PAM BONDI , ANDY MOA, KENNEDY, ETC.

they now have all of my husbands records BUT justice is slow.

I need to fight with the lawyer again to even be able to see and speak to him now, and fight to the end and bring him home.

I desperately need 10,000.00 to start for the attorneys retainer.

So I am having to jump start my go fund me and bring in the media again, to let my need be known on a wide scale, everywhere.

AND IVE LEARNED THIS IS CALLED MEDICAL KIDNAP ..

soaked all day in a wet and dirty diaper at COMMUNITY MANNOR nursing home in Farmington Missouri.

a bloody diaper that went unreported at COMMUNITY MANNOR NURSING HOME IN FARMINGTON MISSOURI.

notice all the dark blood up front where he pees.

Turned out to be a very severe UTI.

if I had not seen the aid throw this in the wast basket and taken it out, and taken picture for evidence, and I reported it to the nurse, it would have turned into sepcis. This nursing home has a high death rate.

I fillmed my husband in lethargic state at COMMUNITY MANNOR NURSING HOME IN FARMINGTON MISSOURI. from the drugs the are giving him.

i had previously told them to stop giving him theese drugs.

his home doctor had ordered for him NEVER to get Haldol, Buspar or activin , OR ANY NARCOTICS. YET THEY KEEP GIVING THEM TO HIM.

They say oh they are not worried he gets that way a lot but comes out of it I. time.

anytime he goes lethargic there is a high risk he won't come back out of it. and they don't care.

all the nursing home did is throw me out for filming the evidance.

the letters are references from people that have known us 30 to 40 years stating the excellent care I've always given him.

judge Meltzer in Shelbyville indiana is doing it to the elderly while his dad is a judge doing it to the kids.

the judges wife is a elected state house representative and the city attorney.

He is hiding behind his wife's power.

judging and condemning elderly to the agency that he is a board member of.

the court gave our son 30 days to file for missouri guardianship, once he brought him to Missouri

our son did not file, he was to cherp and lazy just pretended to have guardianship , my lawyer was told that when he could not find any missouri guardianship filled,

he was told this by the Shelby County circuit Court clerk.

he was also told that the xase in Indiana was now closed.

suddenly the case in indiana is open again and our son dose have guardianship and the clerk that talked to my lawyer, is not to be found.

something VERY corrupt is going on.
