Our Father, Robert LaRusso, was recently diagnosed with aggressive Colon Cancer. We need community support to help raise funds for continuous medical costs.

As children, we always looked at our father as indestructible. No matter what problems occurred, Robert always faced them head on in an effort to protect us from what we couldn’t do alone. Robert always had open arms and an open heart for anyone in need. Now, Robert is the one in need and desperately needs community support.

Robert previously made his living using physical labor and mechanic work in a business he owned for over 20 years. Within recent years, his health has been on a steady decline. Roughly 2 years ago, our father had to undergo a heart procedure that made it even more difficult for him to keep up with his day-to-day work. With only one income due to our mother being disabled, the income coming in is becoming less than the staggering medical costs they are being faced with. With his new diagnosis of Colon Cancer, our father will be forced to close down his shop, meaning very little income will come in at all.

Although we do not know what the future may hold, currently our father is scheduled for various major and invasive surgeries. After that, he may have to undergo chemotherapy and radiation. As everyone is aware, medical costs and procedures are not cheap. We need any help possible to raise money to help our family in his fight. Any amount at all can be helpful.
