Hey guys,

As many people may have experienced in life, cancer is a crazy thing.

Around 4 years ago i lost my 5 year old cousin to cancer on my birthday. It has forever left a hole in my heart that cant be filled.

Recently I have had multiple family members, being diagnosed with cancer. Being really serious.

Childhood cancer foundation helped my cousin in his final days put a smile on not only his but his families face.

I am starting 75Hard on the 21st of March.

Its about mental strength and all around one big mental game.

2 work outs a day. 4.5 litres of water. Planned meals and No alcohol Etc.

Im hoping you can get behind me, if these people can go through the hardest fights of their lives. I can do this for 75 days.

Lets help some families who are really hurting and lets put a smile im some seriously ill childrens faces
