Xavier’s Heart is Baseball
Donation protected
Hi-We are raising funds to help cover Xavier’s travel ball expenses.
Xavier has lived with us (his grandparents) for 9 years. He has had a passion for baseball the entire time. When he is on the field he is confident and happy. He becomes a leader. He was lucky enough to play in the Little League World Series last summer. His coaches referred to him as “the heart of the team”. Xavier has a dream to make it to the big leagues some day. He deserves the chance to make that dream become a reality. Because of the pandemic, I had to retire in order to be home with the Xavier and his 2 brothers (you can’t leave 3 boys alone, unsupervised). Financially this had a huge impact on our family. While we are able to stay afloat, it is hard to cover all of the travel ball expenses coming up. Xavier’s team is planning for a tournament in Hawaii and 2 World Series tournaments this summer. All expenses will be our responsibility. If it were up to Xavier, he would forfeit going to the tournaments because he is aware of how expensive they are. We want him to be able to participate with his team.
It is hard to ask for donations but it is also true what they say, it often takes a village to raise a child. Baseball is such a huge part of Xavier. We want to see him achieve his dreams. Any contribution that you can make would be very much appreciated.
