Xavier sok

Our son Xavier was admitted to UPenn hospital on 12/31/21. He was admitted because of belly pain. After many test image scans and biopsies, Xavier was diagnosed with an aggressive diffuse large B- cell lymphoma. He went through chemotherpy called EPOCH. During chemotherpy he developed tumor lysis syndrome which in turn made his kidney start to fail putting him on dialysis for a short period of time.

 

 

Xavier had many other complication. He was diagnosed with COVID, MRSA bacteremia, and a fungus and bacteria in his blood stream. The doctor also found lymphoma in his brain and spinal cord

He also developed pneumothorax and needed a tracheostomy, putting a chest tube in for oxygen for him to breathe.

 

Xavier fought hard until his last breathe. Unfortunately he passed away from a massive bronchial artery bleeding into his left lung that was unable to be controlled.

 

Our son was caring, loving but most of all a fighter. He was a son, brother, cousin, nephew and a friend. He has sweet soul and alway loved by so many who knew him.

 

We are asking for help during this horrible time. We not prepared for this.There are funeral expenses and medical bills. Any help would be appreciated
