My name is John Pollman and about 3-1/2 years ago, I was diagnosed with Late Onset Tay-Sachs disease. It is an extremely rare form of a disease that has no treatment and no cure. It is slowly robbing me of my abilities. I can barely get up from a seated position, I can't use stairs. I use a walker to get around and I'm in the process of getting a mobility scooter to make my life easier. 

I'm trying to find some sort of job that I can do, but it's hard enough to find work even without a disability. I'll find something, but I don't know how long it is going to take. I have medical bills piling up that I have to take care of. I have enough stress in my life already, I don't need to be dealing with bill collectors too.
