Rebuilding after Hurricane Melissa

Hello this is Denise and Sherene originally from Manchester, Jamaica currently residing in Edmonton AB Canada. We are asking for help to rebuild roofs, homes and lives for our family members, Huntley Raynor, Beverly and Daphne D.

Hurricane Meilssa is one of the worst hurricane on record that Jamaica has experienced , this category 5 has demolished homes and communities. We would really appreciate your help to assist these families in Manchester that has been deeply impacted.

Huntley is an elderly blind gentleman who is unable to move around and reside in Coleyville, Manchester. Huntley's entire roof was blown away during the hurricane and even though the walls are still standing he is unable to stay in the home, because there is no roof. The urgency to get a roof on the house is of the utmost importance.

Daphne is a widow, whose roof no longer exist since the hurricane and nothing is salvageable. The community is rallying together at this time to try their best to accommodate family and neighbors but nothing beats being under your own roof.

Beverly also had her roof ripped apart and blown away during the hurricane.

In Jamaica we have a saying one one cocoa full basket which means every little bit helps. We appreciate any amount that you can donate. Proceeds will be used to cover the cost of materials and labour for rebuilding their homes.
