Scott Eisenach and his wife Natalie welcomed baby Blake Robert Eisenach to the family on May 20, 2015.
Blake came into the world approximately 7 weeks early. He weighed just 3 lbs 4 ounces, and he has been in the hospitals NICU since his birth.
Last week Blake was diagnosed with Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1. At this point the prognosis is that Baby Blake will be hospitalized indefinitely.
Please help this beautiful family through the toughest of days to enjoy the light and beauty of their new baby.
