Xander’s Hodgkin’s Fight

My name is Kim Walker Estep, many of you may know my nephew, Xander Castillo was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This started in December when he began having issues with liver function so severe that he underwent testing for a liver transplant. Through that process it has been found that Xander has been fighting Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He is to begin treatments next month and is ready to FIGHT!!

Xander has had to withdraw from WV Wesleyan where he played on the Bobcats football team, served as a Resident Assistant in his dorm, is a youth leader for the campus Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was completing his junior year.

He is a strong young man with a very strong faith and the biggest heart. As we know more details about his treatment plan we will continue to update. Many friends and family have asked how to help, so we have opened benefit accounts at the Bank of Monroe and First National Bank of Peterstown as well as created this gofundme page for anyone that would like to donate to help and please keep putting him in your prayers.
