Xander fell into a gap insurance period that leaves him without medical coverage until January 1, 2023. Xander is a partner to Alicia, a father of four, a brother, a best friend, and a beautiful soul. Xander is only 46 years old, with an amazing family and support group.

A week ago, Xander had a seizure. He was rushed to UCSF for medical care. Over the last week, Xander was diagnosed with stage four cancer in his brain and lungs. While just writing that sentence sounds terrifying, we do have a plan of action. On 11/14, Xander will undergo brain surgery to remove one of the two tumors. He will then go through a round of radiation to shrink the second tumor to allow the doctors to remove it. After that, he will begin chemotherapy and radiation treatment to aggressively attack the cancer.

It's not an easy road and we need your help.

His medical bills are already astronomical and Alicia and Xander will find a way to cover what they can but we must raise money to begin his chemo in December. The bills will start to come in and they need help getting ahead of them to ensure there is no disruption to his treatment plan.
