Hi, my name is Eric Fair. I would like to introduce you to Scott and Jamie Seifert and their twin daughters, Renee and Tanner. Renee and Tanner were born with cerebral palsy. This requires frequent 5-hour round trips to Indianapolis from South Bend, Indiana for their medical needs.
Scott is a co-worker of mine and would do anything for anyone, always with a smile on his face. He related to me that he had been looking to replace their handicap-accessible van and was shocked at the cost. Their current van is a 2008, which they purchased in 2009, and now has 190,000 miles on it. A new van plus upfitting would be around 100K. This is just crazy.
With all that being said, I realize this is a very lofty goal; however, I think it is for a good cause no matter how much we raise. With all that Scott & Jamie have going on, I would like them to not have a van payment. Jamie has always been a stay-at-home mom to be the girls' caregiver. They love doing things together as a family, and the girls are always included on all their outings!!
Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you give, thank you so much. Whether you can give or not, please share the link far and wide.
Proverbs 11:15 - "A generous person will prosper, whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."
Thank you,
Eric Fair
